Huffing and Puffing

Walking my dog, and picking up trash had become a rewarding routine. What worries me is how many times I find Redi-Whip canisters in the shrubs next to Walgreen's. Kids use them to "huff" the nitrous oxide which is an extremely dangerous way to get high.
