Spectacular Supper

I made a simple pizza dough last night and it rose while I was at the dentist. When I got home I greased a cast iron skillet and stretched the pizza dough into it going up the sides like a pie crust. Cast iron is my new baking stone. Then I found leftover broccoli in the fridge, a sliver of salami that I cut into mouse-sized triangles, some sprinkles of grated cheese, crushed hot peppers, chopped garlic, sliced onion, sliced olives and chopped sun-dried tomatoes and I added them. It was fabulous. I was freed from the wet pizza.
