Tropical Cold

I was walking Lily in the sunny zero degree wind enjoying the cold. I was glad to be out. I was wrapped up in my layers with thermal long underwear and two fleece scarves. I saw my Floridian neighbors wearing T-shirts and sweatshirts without hoods hats or gloves, walking ahead of me. My Brazilian Neighbors do the same thing, dressing for summer while complaining about the cold.
