Grilling a Turkey

Our neighbors down the street gave us a frozen turkey during the winter because they are kind and generous and they admitted that already had 2 in their freezer. "I love turkey!"I said. Yesterday I took it out and began the thawing process (in the fridge, of course). I would like to celebrate the fact that our parking lot is full of happy kids of all nations and no longer the focal point for chop-shop, crack houses, motorcycle gangs, and drug cartels. Amen to that!
