Lemon Cranberry Whole Wheat Buttermilk Muffins

I didn't measure I just threw ingredients together and baked them at the bottom of the oven while 4 semolina loaves are baking. They are delicious.

approximate
ingredients
2c whole wheat flour medium grind
1/2 c dark brown sugar
2T butter
1 egg
Kosher salt
baking powder
baking soda
buttermilk
cranberries
lemon zest
bake at 450 in pre greased muffin tin.
