Sunday Dinner on Saturday

I made pressure cooker German Potato Salad a recipe I have made for 35 years. The flavor (oil, vinegar, mustard, Adobo, salt, sugar) is infused into the unpeeld cubed potatoes and they taste even better the next day. I steamed up 4 heads of baby kale and used the potato liquid on the kale. We bought a spiral cut ham on sale and ate it with the greens and potatoes and it was colorful and tasted fabulous. We ate homemade cocoa biscotti with nutella and coffee.
