Quality of Life: Woonsocket ZONING LAWS

Spring is here and now that the drug dealers have been captured the auto repair guys are back revving their engines and destroying Woonsocket's charming quality of life. I thought zoning laws protected us from motorcycle and auto engine rebuilding under the windows of the apartment buildings where kids play tag and basketball. I thought that only minor auto stuff was allowed in the zone of 100 family units. We've already had a guy dump engine oil over my garden.
