Savory Bread Pudding or Meatloaf?

The leftover homemade bread goods of the week three fougasse flatbreads breads and four gigantic soft pretzels are now hard as a rock. I broke them up into bits and put them in a bowl with basil, red chili flakes, oregano, adobo, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and spices and fresh garlic and buttermilk. I'm hoping they will soften meanwhile I keep taking bites and it is good. Now I have added onions and carrots and more buttermilk and I poured it all into the crock pot to hopefully soften the bread. It's delicious! Perhaps it is savory bread pudding. When it (hopefully) softens I will add ground pork and beef and Parmesan and egg and shape into meatballs to bake or bake as a loaves.
