In my neighborhood NOISE is a rite of spring starting with the loudest mufflers, booming bass of car stereos and barking dogs. This is why I LOVE JANUARY and FEBRUARY. There are no allergens and people are quiet. I'm a grinch!
I love the city and would never want to live in the country. But I expect a bit of respect for each other in the city where we are all piled in together.
