Smoked Turkey Salad

Today I cubed the leftover meat from the turkey that we smoked over hardwood charcoal on Sunday. I chopped two red onions and I chopped a head of celery. Then I added it all together with Hellman's mayo and rooster sauce and red wine vinegar and a pinch of salt. It was divine! The smoked turkey flavor really came out.
