My friend Lori Carlson used to call her mother in law, Hijuelos every day and ask her "What are you cooking today?" I loved that. I wish more people were cooking everyday, like me.
I made muffins this morning and soup and pizza and mocha cocoa. Tonight I might make spaghetti and meatballs in the pressure cooker. It's pouring buckets of rain outside. I'd better check the roof leak spots.
