When I opened the fridge I spotted the bunch of wilted celery. I can't waste food. So I started rinsing and chopping and making a vat of tomato sauce. 2 huge white onions chopped, 2 cans of black olives chopped, 1 cup of Chianti, red chili flakes, olive oil, oregano basil bay leaves parsley, 3 cans of crushed tomatoes, 2 cans of tomato paste, water. I am pressure cooking this in my 8 quart Instantpot for an hour.
Meanwhile 11 sourdough oat corn wheat rye breads are rising in the cold oven.
I just heard a CRASH including the sound of breaking glass. I went to investigate. Ice dam onto the ceiling and overhead light fixture to the office bathroom came smashing down.
