Multi Grain Bread

1-2 C sourdough starter and...

1 teasp instant yeast

3-4c or more of luke-warm water

1 heaping Tbsp kosher salt 

1/2 c sesame seeds(optional)

1/2 c rye flour

1/2 cup sunflower seeds

1/2 cup irish oats

1/2 cup coarse cornmeal

can also use soy or chick pea flour (options)

2 c bread flour 

2 c ww flour

I bake my bread 2 days after mixing it up and storing it in a cold place. Then I shape it, proof if and bake it in a 450 degree F oven.
