I'd never bought baby potatoes before this week. Tonight I cooked them in a metal steamer basket that fit inside my instant pot. I steamed them with water for 13 minutes and then sauteed them in olive oil and adobo. Then I dropped them onto a mixed greens+arugula+spinach salad I had made with homemade honey mustard vinaigrette. Simple supper.
