Waffled Egg Sandwich

Scramble two eggs and pour into preheated waffle iron. Then add, a slice of pepper jack cheese if you are in the mood. It cooks in minutes. When done, butter two slices of bread and place in the hot waffle iron and briefly grill to warm. Then make a sandwich using the cooked egg and bread. I had mine with chipotle hot sauce. Fantastic!
