Fantastic Lazy Italian Meal

Pressure cook 3 large cans crushed tomatoes, 1 can of tomato paste, olive oil, Chianti, fresh garlic, basil, oregano, parsley, with 2 cans of black olives chopped or not, and Price Rite's 12 hot Italian sausages, freshly chopped bella mushrooms. Then cook for an hour on high pressure and  then open and add tricolor pasta and cook for 3 more minutes.

Serve with green salad or stuff this inside peppers and serve. We did both! Be careful if you are wearing white! (Have spray and wash handy).

We ate this after the parade and I made Chinese style broccoli and drank a six pack of seltzer. I LOVE POLAR SELTZER and hope we can carry their products at Munroe Dairy. Both companies are the same age born in 1881 & 1882.
