Twice Baked

For decades my husbands favorite lunch was a peanut butter sandwich on my sourdough. I seem to have finally joined in although I prefer my bread toasted and my peanut butter salted. Biscotti means twice-baked. Essentially this sandwich is a peanut butter biscotti.
