Tooth Hurty

Here's my full report. I brought  the broken half of my tooth in a bag. My cracked molar is on the nerve, infected. Dentist wants me to see a specialist. Meanwhile they gave me a single dose of pain meds 3-200 mg Ibuprofen and 2 extra strength Tylenol to take and should last me 5 hours for pain. This should get me to 3PM. I am wondering if I can duplicate this myself at home between now and the appointment AND can I take antihistamine and decongestant too? I am still feeling sinus pain and gunk (post nasal drip). The specialist has to decide if the tooth can be saved and get a root canal posts and a crown or just ditch the tooth altogether.

When we came home the street was being drilled and repaired. My street has sinus and tooth issues too.
