It’s gonna sounds cruel and I don’t recommend just anyone to do it because you run the risk of getting hurt but cutting of the dogs airway is a sure way to stop a fight and I don’t mean jerking the leash if one’s attached but either grabbing the back of the dogs collar and pulling up hold constant pressure or if there’s no collar grabbing the neck with your hand and hold pressure. Obviously the last option isn’t safe but I was told young that “a dog that can’t breath can’t bite”

 

Karma Kleo well you are correct, choking them will stop it. The problem comes in when you have two dogs that are stronger than you are and you are by yourself.
