It's all your fault! That your brother cracked up your friend's father's car, that we bought a country house, that we hired a drunk to sand the floors, that the maid was found passed out from drinking, that the nanny escaped in the night after confessing her bulimia to you, that your paintings are so good they intimidate your siblings, You are a monster, everything is your fault! And I made you an artist by doing all those terrible things to you!
No matter how impossible, it was blamed on me. The strongest, smartest one was selected to be destroyed, physically and mentally.
Someone always helps that girl!
That girl be me. My teachers, friends, parents of my friends, strangers, still helping me stay strong. Thank you forever.
