Steve Osborne: Mug Shot

Steve Osborne was a New York City police officer for 20 years. He retired as a Lieutenant in the detective bureau and was commanding officer of the Manhattan gang squad. He is a writer and author of the book The Job: True Tales from the Life of a New York City Cop.
