Friday Night Pizza!

I stretched the homemade semolina dough in my greased ten inch cast iron skillet and brushed it with olive oil. I baked it at 450 (F) and then added my crazy homemade tomato sauce that has okra and spinach and garlic and celery onion mushroom olives in it. I grated a few kinds of cheese and sprinkled it on top and added red chili flakes. It was good. The crust was like MEZZA LUNA pizza. We had a little bit of red wine in jam jars and now hot coffee.
