An Architects Sandwich

I poured two beaten eggs into the grid shaped griddle of my waffle iron and cooked it for a short time. I toasted two slices of bread and coated them with margarine. I placed the grid of cooked eggs on the toast and topped it with hot sauce. An architects sandwich.
