First I pressure cooked the whole chicken with a bulb of garlic and a knob of ginger and Bell's seasoning, red chili flakes and Adobo and then broiled it for 10 minutes to get crispy skin. Then I took the chicken off of the bone and then roasted the bones under the broiler and then boiled them in the pressure cooker. I strained out the bones for more soup stock! I had already cooked the onions and celery and carrots already and combined them with the stock for a great chicken soup.
