Big mile swim led to big bake. I have a millet, rye, wheat, oat, corn, semolina sourdough shaped into a dozen ( + 1 ) loaves.
I made a spinach onion sunflower roasted pepper olives salad with homemade bleu cheese buttermilk dressing. I thought I had artichoke hearts to add...but I guess not. If I could I would buy them by the case.
With good bread dinner is a simple antipasto.
