Phoebe
told me about millet bread in California, that she loved. Last week my
neighbor gave me 2 bags of millet. I had never cooked it before and I loved it.
Then I added the leftover cooked millet to bread dough last week along with corn rye whole
wheat oats and bread flour and sourdough starter and made the best bread
I have ever made.
Perhaps I should call it Phoebe's bread.
