We made this tonight. I added more red onion and next time I will not zest the whole lime! To compensate for the lime zest we added buttermilk and a pinch of sugar and a bloop of tomato catsup. We spread it on toaster baked corn tortillas and added lettuce and grilled chicken leftovers+ homemade coleslaw.
