The Slippery Guy

The slippery guy comes back here and he always has a few accomplices. Each day there's new people and new vehicles and new drivers. They are always up to something shady involving illegal selling and tinkering with cars, swapping out-of-state license plates, breaking neighbors garage locks with a hammer or clippers, dumping automobile tires, and god knows what else. The guy burns through his people. The police have caught up with him numerous times but he sweet talks them, pays the fines and slithers through the law hiding under the radar doing it again and again. This has gone on for over 6 years. When he gets bumped he will relocate and set up shop continue until he is bumped again. Its just like with the drug dealers. He's a narcissistic megalomaniac and when his landlord comes for the rent he play acts as the crazy man and throws a tantrum screaming in Spanish and waving his arms. So far he's been unstoppable and has kept everyone at bay. Gotta give the guy some credit albeit a backhanded compliment, for perseverance in the face of all of the odds.
