Whenever I exert myself beyond the normal range (like a parade or shoveling three times in a day) it takes two days to feel the damage. I wonder why? I still feels good to have gently sore muscles.
The light is coming back making me feel SPEEDY. This happens every February. As soon as my pea brain feels it I go CRAZY, in a good way. I will crash in April.
