Evaporated Coffee

We ran out of milk and I refuse to go to the store until we do a REAL shopping trip, and that means after dark. Luckily I found my blizzard stash of canned goods. There were 2 cans of evaporated milk in my cupboard. It is RICHER than the 2 percent milk I normally use. Evaporated milk is the secret to my pumpkin pie. Anything sweeter is cloying.
