I love the city in a storm.

I shoveled for the third time today and extra path for the oil man, and a path for Lily and a path for the neighbors. Now I am a little woozy. I mixed up seltzer and apple cider to re-hydrate. My lovely young and beautiful Brazilian neighbor was standing in front of her sidewalk apartment wearing a summer spaghetti strapped mini dress. Summer time! I saw guys pushing a car up hill but their pants were below their asses. I thought this isn't going to work and sure enough the guys had to yank up their slacks to push the car.

I love the city in a storm. We can be cozy and together but separate. We are all equal in the snow. If I take a nap I can walk around later. If the streets stay empty.
