If I had a magic want I would donate FREE DENTAL CARE to City of Woonsocket. It terrifies me and saddens me that kids in their 20's have never seen a dentist and when they talk all you see is brown spikes. Most people in my neighborhood are toothless by the time they are 35, and 40 and most of my middle aged neighbors are toothless. Maybe free dental care would be a good reason to start playing the lottery. I don't play the lottery because I am afraid I will win! Yes, it's true. I tend to win things ever since I was a kid. Recently I won a free fish tank from my pet store. I was so ashamed I had to call up and say please give it to someone else. Winning is the fun for me, not having. In college I'd win tickets to a show in downtown Providence or Boston and not go. It happened four times. Winning appeals to my hunter's instinct but going for a drive and then into a drinking crowded venue does not. I was lacking the courage. If it happened today I would go. It took me 30 years to build up my concert-going courage.

Magic Wand or Winning is the fun for me, not having.
