My Hoppin' John Sleepover

Last night I made Hoppin' John and let it simmer in my slow cooker overnight. I used kale, blackeye peas, red bell peppers, chopped celery, chopped onion, boullion cubes, Adobo, salt, black pepper, dried red chili pepper, smoked hunter sausage keilbasa sliced in quarters purchased from Krackow Deli on Social Street Woonsocket RI, and extra water. I will make brown rice to have with it.
