My Waffles, Zapped
Making waffles is meditative, just like making tortillas. I make 100 four-part waffles at a time and freeze them. Because of their bumps, they don't stick! I zap them in the microwave and eat them plain or spread them with non-fat Greek yogurt which is like cream cheese. I will try grated potato (latkes) and zucchini waffles, and eggplant parmesan waffles next. When I am in transmit I get CRAFTY, I want to sew quilts and bake breads. When I am in receive mode I want to sit still and cut off my head. LOL.
