This morning I polished the mirrors for some reason and then I made waffle batter. I've been a kitchen witch, a whirling dervish. This time I used my antique hand cranked grain mill and ground up the brown rice, flint corn, wheat-berries, soybeans, and then I added buckwheat flour and my whole wheat sourdough starter and buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, salt, dried coconut, dried cranberries, peanut butter and I didn't measure anything....
I also mashed up three ripe bananas or was it two...I added dried figs sliced into raisin sized bits.
They are spectacular. I sent my husband off with a few stacks of them.
Now I am thinking about Pretzel Waffles.
Again
I am blending grains and now thinking about pretzel waffles....
