Woonsocket is the Best Walking City

I love to walk on the streets of the city and admire the homes and gardens and talk to people. We are a city of hills and valleys with amazing views! My dog taught me that nearly every day is a good walking day. I have come to love the rain and the wind, the dawn and the dark. Now that I have my prescription Duquette Family Eye Care sunglasses I can be out for hours at a time without endangering my eyes, and I can SEE, even in the dark.
I love to walk in Blackstone MA and visit Harris Pond and PB Cemetery and the Cemeteries along Mill Street. All of the cemetery guys in Blackstone Massachusetts are nice. Some Woonsocket cemeteries have crabby caretakers and that's no fun! I like to walk along the burm behind the library.

In Woonsocket we have a lot of walking options:

Dionne Track: Its convenient location is set far back enough making it a serene environment that makes walking/running truly a pleasurable getaway.

Cross Country Running Trails: Located in the wooded land behind Dionne Track.

Scenic/Paved Walking Paths:

The Bike Path
Cold Spring Park
River Island Park
Globe Park
Costa Park
Dunn Park
Cass Park
