My friend and swim teacher/lifeguard Ray made potato noodles in October. He placed 20 pounds in his freezer in 1 pound bags. "Anytime you want some let me know!"
The snowstorm always inspires my craft cooking so I said "I'm ready." And he brought in a frozen pound of dough to the YMCA and it has thawed in my fridge for the past 2 days. And now I am about ready to roll it out.
