I just made 4 shallow meat loaves in 4 glass Pyrex loafpans out of multiple pounds of ground turkey, 2 chopped white onions, 2 grated Idaho potatoes, 4 peeled and diced carrots, two huge ladles full of my olive tomato sauce, and I sprinkled it with Worcestershire sauce. I have to cook in the morning post swim when I am thinking about food. I am baking them at 350F for 50 minutes. Then I will check on them and ladle more tomato sauce on the top for decorative effect.
