Sourdough Crackers

We are actually making less bread during the pandemic since bread was often made into breakfast and lunch for my husband's commute. So now my freezer is filling up with bread. My starter is crying out to me... Make use of the starter, and use a rolling pin, or pasta machine. I love these freeform thin crackers made with olive oil and herbs. A fun project to do!
