Library Hopping or a Day in the Life

I was in Taunton. First stop after Bill's school (BP TECH), was Trucchi's supermarket a beautiful place and good prices right near the school. They open 7AM. I was the only one there at 7:15. I felt like Alice in Wonderland going up and down the aisles.  So I bought a few things we needed.; eggs, Pepper Jack cheese, Maxwell House coffee and two hands of BANANAS and then I drove off and found the PUBLIC LIBRARY. I was wrong it was CITY HALL but then I drove around and ended up at the YMCA and a nice lady told me how to find the library. I found it. It's a gorgeous building! I went to the 2nd floor. There's a gorgeous view out the tops of the  gigantic curved top windows. I found a Frank McCourt book on the 25 cent paperback rack in the basement and bought it.

Then I found the Taunton YMCA. They had lap swimming all day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe I should live here! (joking) At 2:15 I found my way back to Bill's school.
I ate my lunch at 8AM in the car parking lot of the supermarket. Are you surprised?  I brought cold pancakes+ yogurt, + water+ granola choc chips sunflower seeds and raisins. The supermarket made me HUNGRY!!

This is how I get when I travel. I feel like the woman who fell to earth. Which reminds me I might have JURY DUTY again.

We might be able to get Nancy free access to the YMCA through her insurance. Our YMCA director Kristen is working on a connection with Neighborhood Healthcare, her insurance company. Kristen is the best YMCA director we've ever had in 35 years!

After my big swim I was buzzed. When we arrived home. I made a quick garlic olive oil tomato sauce to go with my meatballs and a spinach mushroom salad with homemade dressing and espresso and homemade biscotti.  A good day.
