My Lao neighbor was wearing thin white Lycra running shorts, bare legs and flip flops in 19 degree weather. He wore a Black Russian hat with ear flaps to stay warm as he unloaded the trunk of his car with cases of spring water.
I always say people in Woonsocket are trend-setters when it comes to fashion and they have no idea! When I'm in NYC, hip and groovy Brooklyn or SOHO people are trying to do what comes naturally to Woonsocketeers.
