Garbage Soup

I made two vats of soup today using everything in the house; onions, potatoes, carrots, chicken cubed, three heads of collard greens, and more. It came out great and I invited Sylvia over and we told stories and laughed about our mothers. I sent her home with two quarts of soup and I gave her some of home made multi-grain fig and banana waffles. I still have two pickle-buckets worth of soup left.
