Hista-meanies!

 I woke at midnight when Bill came to bed, he had taken an exam online for grad school. I was suddenly in AGONY and could hardly even walk to the toilet. I and plugged in the moist heating pad. Not much help. Then I realized it was histamine allergy GUNK shredding my tummy and so I took a generic Benadryl antihistamine. And the pain vanished and I slept well. I used to get this all the time. It's been decades. Fall and Spring histamine allergies. My immune system has been HYPER-sensitive since the CA fires smoke traveled to New England triggering my asthma. I've needed  my EMERGENCY inhaler albuterol to breathe before and after my swim. Time to call my doctor.
