Overnight Slaw

I just picked up books at my library and wow, they have redesigned the whole path to the front desk to reflect COVID safety protocols.

Last night I made a cabbage carrot apple slaw with buttermilk dressing and walnuts. I also added fresh lime juice and then wondered if I wrecked it. Overnight the flavors melded and today it is good. I've added my usual coleslaw ingredients, chopped celery + chopped onion.

Just baked 11 mini sourdough multigrain loaves. I was napping while they were baking. I seem to need a daily nap being on the early bird swim schedule. Oy!
