baking INDIAN HEAD cornbread in the number 5 skillet (small)

I decided to add rings of thin sliced sliced onion! And use buttermilk whole wheat four and cornmeal INDIAN HEAD yellow cornmeal. The best!! (omit salt and sugar) The baking soda is salty enough and no sweetness needed. Buttermilk is great. Diluted yogurt works too.

UPDATE: Smells incredible like a ROAST!!
