ingredients
1 cup oat flour 1 cup whole wheat flour, 4 eggs 2/3 cup corn oil, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoon homemade vanilla, salt.
directions
whip 4 eggs with the sugar then add oil slowly, and then add the vanilla.
Slowly add the flours and mix until there are no dry spots. Then bake by the teaspoonful in your pizzelle iron.
Delicate wholesome and delicious!
I make my own oat flour by grinding groats or old fashioned rolled oats in a coffee grinder until it's powder.
(I doubled this recipe to make 70.)
